Mat Pilates

The Pilates Method, specifically Mat Pilates was created for the purpose of rehabilitation.  This exercise system focuses on improving flexibility, strength, body awareness and toning.

Pilates is resistence exercise focusing primarily on core muscle strength and spinal alignment.

Utilizing concentrated movement, proper breathing techniques and body alignment breath to increase flexibility, tone and lengthen muscles, and to help reduce injury in everyday life.  ligaments .  Pilates assists with weight release and reduces stress.  Geared toward all levels, from beginner to the more experienced exercise practitioners.
